Vision:

MyCareer is nongovernmental, non-profit organization that  facilitates the supply and demand of talented and qualified workforce with an overall mission to reduce the unemployment in the Republic of Macedonia.

Mission: 

We are dedicated and oriented toward consultancy services for increasing the skills of the workforce as well as human resources capacities in the companies. More specifically, we are offering creative solutions to companies to reduce their recruitment costs, increase their professional skills of their employees and develop the competencies and knowledge of future entrants in the labor market.
